I've got 28 years former experience in estate agency and in 2023 I decided I wanted to sell my property.
I'd tried 3 estate agents who were very good when they came to value my house and told me everything I wanted to hear then once I'd instructed them nothing happened!
The fourth estate agent promised me that the Manager of the Branch would be dealing with the sale yet when they finally got me a buyer I had a young negotiator looking after it. I was told a lot of incorrect updates to the point I ended up having to try and chase the sale myself. 7 months later after the chain had fallen through twice at the point of exchange I decided to reach out to Kate. (My 5th estate agent)
She was fabulous - 25 years of experience and she kept in regular contact with me and accompanied the viewings until she found a cash buyer for me.

It's a tough market so you need to ensure you instruct an experienced estate agent who is doing BOTH your viewings and overseeing the sale and Kate is the only person doing this in the area.
