Viewings

There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.

Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, offering the personal service means I can give my utmost attention to my customers, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.

All viewings are conducted by myself and are usually held on weekends to maximise attendance but these can of course be tailored to your own requirements

Lettings

Marketing

When you are ready to list your property on the market I will prepare all of the property details and arrange a professional photographer, ensuring high quality photos which showcases your property at its absolute best. I will also always advise a marketing video for your property to showcase your home, so people can get a far greater perspective and first impression of your property. I will present and organise the video so you can sit back and relax knowing that your home will be in the spotlight!
Video Marketing is now being widely used as the reaction from potential buyers has been extremely popular and engagement with video is far more effective, than just traditional photography alone. All properties are also marketed with detailed floorplans and an up to date EPC. As well as my website, I use both Rightmove and Zoopla to list your property, ensuring it reaches the most suitable and largest audience possible. I have a vast database that I will contact to help secure a hassle-free sale with the right buyer.
